Using AI Agents with Whiteboards

1. Suppose you have a series of Perceptful Notes captured from your research on a whiteboard called Insight Board.

2. Create a new whiteboard using the PESTLE template.

3. Attach the Insight Board containing all the unorganized Perceptful Notes. Then instruct the AI agent to copy all Perceptful Notes to the PESTLE board.

4. The AI agent will examine each Perceptful Note and place them in the appropriate PESTLE boxes based on the usage instructions provided in the PESTLE framework.

5. The AI agent is smart enough to recognize the color of Perceptful Notes. You can repeat the exercise, this time telling the AI agent to copy over only the green Perceptful Notes.

6. Once again, attach the Insight Board to the AI chat text box and instruct the AI agent to copy over only the green notes to the PESTLE board.

7. As shown, only the 4 green Perceptful Notes were copied to the PESTLE framework.

8. You can ask the AI agent to summarize a whiteboard. Simply type the command in the AI chat text box.

9. The AI agent will return a Task Result summarizing the findings. You can ask the AI agent to perform many other tasks as well. For example, you could:

1. Ask the AI agent to summarize the whiteboard using a predefined document template.
2. Attach two or more whiteboards and ask the AI agent to compare and contrast them.
3. Using a blank whiteboard, ask the AI agent to cluster the Perceptful Notes into a preset number of themes. You can provide the themes yourself or let the AI choose them.
