How can I share platform issues and ideas for improvement?

When will you release new versions of the software?
We release minor updates on a regular basis, including bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. We anticipate version 1.5 to be available before the end of June 2026.
How is my data protected?
We take the protection of your data very seriously. Your account can only be accessed through your email — we store no passwords. Every request to the platform requires full authentication, so there is no way someone can guess URLs to access your data. All data stored and communicated on the platform and with third-party services is fully encrypted. If you have additional questions or concerns, please email support@perceptful.ai.
How is my privacy protected?

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We never use your data to train AI models — neither our own models nor any models we use from third parties such as Microsoft or Amazon Web Services. We know that the nature of your content can be highly sensitive, and we are fully committed to ensuring it is never exposed to anyone outside your organization.
Where do the platform and AI models run?
The Perceptful.AI platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union. All AI models we use also operate in the EU. Your data never leaves the EU — it is kept strictly confidential and is never stored or processed outside the EU.
Who can access the platform?
We are currently limiting access to our most valued early users. We expect to become generally available in North America and Europe in the coming months.
Can I invite colleagues to the platform?
Yes, you are welcome to recommend colleagues! Please send the name and email address of anyone you would like to invite to support@perceptful.ai. The team will evaluate and let you know whether they can be added to the platform immediately or placed on the waitlist.
